Wheelchairs, wagons, strollers, and walkers are welcome at our event. Pets and bicycles are not permitted.

How to prepare for a 5K

Here are two great articles to help you train prior to the 5K and prepare for the day of the 5K.

FREE lunch after the 5K

We all walk together, but you can stop whenever. Our event is not a race, and you do not need to complete the entire walk if unable. The walk concludes when the final walker crosses the finish line. Upon finishing the walk, please join us for FREE food and beverages.

Weather/Cancellation Policy

We will do all we can to make sure our race is produced as planned, but the safety of our participants is always our top priority. If we have to cancel because of weather or circumstances outside our control, we will notify everyone in advance.
