Get In Shape Part 2 

Praise the Lord everyone!
The wellness ministry for the first two months of the year has talked on the topic of fitness and exercising. God wants us to be in the best shape possible; mind, body, soul, and spirit. On this last section of this topic, God wants us to strive to look and feel our best. How about doing some things the old fashion way?
  1. Get up and turn the TV on and off instead of using the remote
  2. Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible
  3. Walk whenever you can
  4. Go to the gym
  5. Push old fashion lawn mower, the kind that doesn’t use gas
When you put off getting in shape and healthy, there are long term affects that become evident over time.
  1. Begin to gain weight that may be harder to lose
  2. Want to sit on the couch in front of the TV
  3. Sit at your desk at the computer longer than you should
  4. May become depressed or “stuck in a rut”
In closing on this topic, I hope all who reads this and the other two parts find it helpful and inspiring. God wants the best from us, because He loves us and created us. We have to take care of the creation which is us. The scripture for this says it all: 1 Corinthians 6:19
