Summer Health Tips

Praise the Lord to everyone!
The warm weather is here! I pray the summer of 2016 is a blessing to all. As we know, we like to spend a lot more time outside in this season, which means we must stay healthy.
Whether you bike ride, walk, sit outdoors, jog, or run, it’s important to stay hydrated. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Make your own infusion water with your favorite fruits. Cranberry juice is also great, not a lot of sugar and good for the kidneys. Make sure you eat plenty of good fruits, salads, veggies, and do not consume a lot of greasy foods. 
Whatever you do, enjoy yourself and stay healthy. Remember God wants us to be healthy and take care of what he has entrusted to us: our bodies.
